Mwah! I could kiss you!! Thank you so much for your sock guide over the past month! I have battled socks in the past to no good effect and what i really needed was a visual guide like yours! I have just started reading my knit blog favourites again after a year away from the needles and am so glad to find you still here. This has always been one of my favourite places to visit - your knitting is always perfect, love your colour choices, your cat is gorgeous, and I empathise with your occasional descent into the blues. I am now going to break out my sock yarn and give this sock thing a whirl again!! Thank you SO much!

I love your socks and have enjoed seeing them come into being. What store did you get your yarn from? I've been looking for some good self-striping yarn but haven't found any. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.

A very neat sock tutorial, thank you!
I had a lot to catch up (about 6 months archives), so I've been admiring a few beautiful finished cardigans (the cable and lace looks so nice and warm and soft!), reading all about your moving to Portland (and surviving that, hooray!), and many other things. The picture of your new appartment looks very comfortable and cheerful (lots of light!)
