linty oatmeal shoulder seams

Skye6

Lately, I find I get better results if I bind off and then crochet the shoulder seams together.

I'm interested in learning more about crocheting seams together. Do you go into every stitch??

Can't wait to see the finished item. It looks like it's going to be one of those sweaters that you reach for every day. (Even if you hated the fancy rib... ;-)

You do such beautiful work! Is it bad form to ask where I could find a copy of the pattern you are using?

I have never even held a crochet hook in my hand, so I am no help on this latest matter. I will say, however, that I *love* that you call your sweater linty oatmeal. It's nice to give it a little harassment, what with the freakin' mess of twisty ribbing and cables.

And might I add that ol' Linty Oatmeal is looking mighty fine.

And thanks SO much for sharing your crapademic woes... it helped, indeed. At least my faux pas has not cost me anything but a little discomfiture, which won't in any way impinge my ability to buy at least a little bit of sale yarn every now and again. And you are right about ripping and re-knitting... luckily, I'll have more free time than originally thought in the next few months. Hrm.

That shoulder is looking fab Michelle - your reward for suffering through the 'fancy' rib!!
